First of all, the view is breathtaking. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There's variety of interesting bars and restaurants (of course a bit overpriced, but what would you expect from 5 stars hotel). The room is cleaned twice a day, and they give you a lot of bottled water (it's important to stay hydrated!).

1. The staffs are super nice. After our 1st night of stay, I told them that the quilt is a little thick, they changed it for us right away; 2. The maid is really sweet, during her service, she saw me a little sick, she made me a hot water quickly, and asked to drink a lot of water; 3. The lounge staffs are also very considerable, they allowed me to wait for my husband to pick me up later at the lounge, and provided me with hot tea, even though we checked out; 4. Location is super too, you can enjoy Pearl tower and HuangPu river and city views when you have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or in your hotel room. Downstairs there is big scale modern super mall, where you can kill your time easily. Overall, it’s a great experience for us to stay in Ritz in Shanghai Pudong.

We spent a few day of our honeymoon there and everything was beyond our expectation. Every staff member took exceptional good care of us, from the airport pickup to check out. The room was marvellous and the club lounge was a very special privilege with a large range of drinks and very well stuffed buffet.

Everything was en pointe, staff were attentive to our every needs. Our room has club lounge access and it’s definitely worth it, every meal we had was amazing and the room has killer views. Would definitely stay there again :)

Well maintained and clean, good location and near most iconic buildings and training station, the staff are very friendly and attentive to details and we have a good conversation with a few staff on site, we eventually extended to stay one more night because we are so pleased with the experience.

The friendliness, efficiency goes beyond anything - the breakfast staff were exceptional ! So attentive and accommodating , before you knew you wanted it they were already there giving it. The breakfast was spectacular and so was the view .

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all greeted us because it was our 36th anniversary and they even decorated our room and gave us some fruits, cake and wine to celebrate. Thank you to all the people in Ritz Carlton Shanghai Pudong that help make our stay memorable.
